  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@thehealhaus.com.au with your name, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Evidence: Attach photos, videos, or relevant documents that demonstrate the issue.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

    • Replacement: We will replace the defective component or product.
    • Refund: In cases of a major failure, we will provide a refund as per Australian Consumer Law.

Care and Maintenance Responsibilities

To ensure your product functions as intended, proper maintenance is required. This includes:

  • Regular water testing and adjustment of chemical levels to prevent staining or corrosion.
  • Following all care guidelines provided in the user manual.
  • Maintaining adequate ventilation around mechanical components, such as the chiller.

Failure to maintain the product as outlined may void the warranty.

Implications of an Unapproved Inspection

By engaging an external contractor without prior approval, you could

  • Potentially voided the warranty for this specific issue, as unauthorised work can compromise product integrity.
  • Assumed responsibility for the costs of the inspection, as it was not approved by us.
  • Limited our ability to diagnose the issue independently, as we have not inspected the unit firsthand.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
